After calling Shady Sails, Cameron came out promptly to look at the patio and make design suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. A few days later Cameron and David worked together on installation of the hardware. The sail was then measured for and ordered. Within a week and a half the custom sail was installed. Communication was superb. Everything was done with such professionalism. I have only the highest praise for Shady Sails!!!!
